About Jodie
Ever since she was a little girl, Jodie has carried a deep curiosity about “what’s on the other side?” She would search for answers to life’s great mysteries - Why are we here? What lies beyond? What shapes our experiences and choices? She craved knowledge and even had vivid dreams of the afterlife and being there herself. This lifelong wonder eventually became her path, guiding her to the work she does today.
Jodie is the heart and soul behind Soul Deep Alchemy, a trauma-informed integrative regression therapist and energy medicine practitioner whose work bridges the seen and the unseen. With one foot in physical and the other in spirit, she creates a space where deep soul connection meets grounded, practical healing.
Her fascination with the soul’s journey - especially the mysteries of past lives, ancestral memory, and the space between lives led her to train in both clinical and spiritual hypnotherapy. Her approach now weaves together regression hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, ancestral healing, and Akashic Records work, alongside integrative practices such as manifestation coaching, energy alignment, and subconscious reprogramming.
To Jodie, healing is a sacred journey. She believes our struggles and symptoms are not flaws to be fixed but messengers from the soul - guiding us back to what is ready to be seen, released, and transformed. Her sessions are intuitive yet grounded, ceremonial yet clinical, always held with deep compassion, curiosity, and respect.
